With a surface area of approximately 8,000 m² and a capacity of 1.74 MWp, one of the largest rooftop photovoltaic systems in Western Austria has been completed at our Roppen site. The installation is now operational and will cover around 25% of the site's electricity demand with self-generated renewable energy. The project forms part of our ongoing efforts to further improve energy efficiency and increase energy self-sufficiency at the site. Alongside the photovoltaic system, these efforts include the implementation of an energy management system and continued investments in modern production and infrastructure technologies.

Around 4,400 solar modules have been installed across the 8,000 m² roof area. With its output, the system can generate an amount of electricity equivalent to the annual consumption of approximately 700 households. This contributes significantly to the site's energy supply while helping to reduce CO₂ emissions.
